Feeding Habits Will only eat live foods such as fish, crickets, flies, small frogs, tadpoles and mealworms.

Compatibility Mix with the same sized fish as they are predators and will eat anything it can get into their mouths. Likes to school with other members of their own kind. Habitat Asia: Moderately decorate with live plants, rocks and driftwood. Plenty of surface space needed for swimming. Covered aquarium a must as they are excellent jumpers.

Breeding The dorsal fin on the female is not marked while the male's has a black edge.

Additional Comments Nose area is very sensitive and is easily injured. Handle with care as they will bite!
