The snowshoe is a great cat for showing, due to its dazzling personality. This attractive cat, is very rare in the UK and is a cross between a Siamese and American or British Shorthair.
There are two varieties on this breed - the Seal point and the Blue point. The Seal point has a fawn body and seal brown points. The latter has a blue/white body and deep grey/blue points.
The ears are very large and pointed, making the cat very distinctive. Eyes are large and walnut-shape and are coloured striking blue. Snowshoes have a short, shiny coat, with a medium sized tail, legs, feet and body.
Snowshoes are very energetic and playful, yet still affectionate and loving.
